 In April, 2009, the Secretary
of DHS, Janet Napolitano and staff, have falsely branded Patriot Americans as 'domestic terrorists'. They also declared that returning service members are 'potential terrorists'. They falsely concocted the status of certain Americans as 'criminal'. To this end, Janet Napolitano is the enemy of the American people, has attained status as 'persona non grata' and must be removed, charged with spying on citizens, tried,and if convicted, imprisoned for such treason.

      NATIONAL SECURITY 
  The neglect, failure, or refusal
to adequately control and secure the US borders further exposes Americans to threats of violence, foreign terrorist acts, and jeopardizes their health and security. These are serious violations committed by the present administration.            
       BORDER SECURITY
 To the extent that this White House is either incompetent or otherwise refuses to adequately institute a properly secured border with Mexico, such neglect constitutes the gross failure to abide by the US Constitution to guard against foreign violence spill-over and pandemic invasion of health threats, equally neglected by the failed government of Mexico.

                                                    ILLEGAL ALIEN RESIDENT INVADERS
The administration is hereby placed on notice that the American citizens refuse to allow any facet of forgiveness, 'amnesty', or residency in any disguised deceptive manner by any verbal description to any illegal alien resident invaders, specifically those from adjoining Mexico. Any such attempts to 'sneak' such unlawful legislation will be met with an opposing force never yet seen by anyone in American history. Any such attempts shall be considered as a direct assault by the administration against all LEGAL American citizens.
