WE, THE PEOPLE
We see the financial collapse of our nation's economy, and also the world economy, as desperation in the community leading to a credibler threat of serious social unrest. An increase in criminal activity will likely result in the disruption of a stable public.
Today we see our government picking and choosing which laws they will enforce and which they will ignore; many to our detriment. The financial collapse tells of outrageous corruption by politicians and those controlling these institutions - each failure affecting thousands of people who can not control their losses. Losses do not need to be re-written here - there are new losses every day.
For the first time in history, Americans are losing their jobs and being taken out of their homes because the government rewards illegals, thieves, and criminals with financial rewards and will not prosecute them.
The Feds have sold us to foreign powers: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gives $300 million to Israel; $900 million to Hamas; and now holds every U.S. citizen as collateral to the Red Chinese government, for that communist country's continued purchase of our sovereignty.
The Federal failure to strictly enforce immigration laws has bankrupted California. The current drug lords and their drug wars are taking control of Mexico, which places every U.S. citizen - especially those in border cities - in mortal danger. Mexico has lost its government to the vast South American drug cartels; our current Homeland Security Chief, Janet Napolitano, is inept, clueless, and is not protecting the U.S. citizenry. It is a mere matter of time as to 'when' drug cartels open shop in San Ysidro, Chula Vista, National City, and start enforcement by cutting off heads in San Diego County.
The United States either maintains the Rule of Law, or, as we see, they will not. WE, THE PEOPLE demand the Rule of Law, and decry chaos, anarchy, and Socialism. We voted and won Proposition 187; the court shut it down and ignored the will of the People. They did the same now with Proposition 8. If our government ignores the will of the People, then the People will get rid of the government, and owes no allegiance, loyalty, or cooperation to an unresponsive government.
It is our duty, under the Constitution, to demand adequate and affirmative representation of the People, to be freed from the tyranny of TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.
